APPOINTMENT
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. We require a credit card number or hotel room number at the time of booking. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatments or rescheduling.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 100% surcharge.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, so that we can adjust the treatment for your safety.

SPA ATTIRE
You will be provided with a Spa Robe and Slippers, and a secured locker will be available for your personal belongings. Valuables should be safeguarded in your hotel room safe or at The Spa Reception Desk. Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel does not assume responsibility for any belongings left unattended by patrons.

PRIVACY
At all times during your treatment you will remain draped, exposing only the part of your body being worked on. We ask that you respect this guideline.

ADULT FACILITY
Minimum age to enter is 18 years.

ALCOHOL
For your health and safety, we ask that alcohol not be consumed before or during your treatments.

POOL/WHIRLPOOL ATTIRE
Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times in these areas.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are appreciated. Depending on service quality, a gratuity can range from 15%-30%.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the spa, salon and locker facilities.

CELL PHONES/PAGERS
Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering The Spa.
