SENECA NIAGARA CASINO HOLDS GRADUATION CEREMONY

Niagara Falls, NY, September 2004 - Seneca Niagara Casino is graduating eight Seneca employees who have completed the six-month Career Development Program (CDP). The graduation ceremony for this mentoring and management program is set for noon on Tuesday, September 28 in the second floor banquet room at Seneca Niagara Casino, 310 Fourth Street, Niagara Falls, NY.

The Casino's CDP is designed for Senecas employed at the Casino. The program consists of rotations through various areas of Casino operations, including administration, food and beverage, finance, marketing, resort operations, slots and table games. Additional experience is gained through workshops, seminars and personal assessments.

"This is the third graduating class," said Rickey L. Armstrong, Sr., President, Seneca Nation of Indians. "We found that this program is an exceptional tool in bringing out the potential and advancing the careers of talented Seneca employees." One of the eight graduates has already been promoted during their CDP experience. Eighty percent of the 24 total participants, which includes the eight that will graduate Tuesday, have received promotions.

Cyrus Schindler, Chairman of the Seneca Gaming Corporation Board, will join President Armstrong in addressing the graduates. Seneca Niagara Casino's Executive Management Team and Seneca Nation Tribal Councilors, as well as graduates' families, will attend.

Graduates include Elaine McGrath of Sanborn, Kristi Millar of Perrysburg, George Conklin of Irving, Julie Farner of Irving, Larry Jasinski of Buffalo, Luis Rivera of Buffalo, Brad Murphy of Sanborn/Lockport and Jacqueline Nephew of Irving.

Seneca Niagara Casino is New York State's first full-service casino featuring reel-spinning and video slot machines. Just a few blocks from world-famous Niagara Falls, the Casino is located at 310 Fourth Street. The 112,590 square feet gaming floor houses more than 3,200 slot machines and 97 table games. A separate smoke-free casino, Turtle Island, is also available to patrons along with the Poker Room and the high-stakes Blue Heron Room.

The Bear's Den Showroom, a 443-seat showroom-style theater and Club 101, a unique music venue located in the heart of the gaming floor, provide live entertainment. Free parking is available to patrons through complimentary valet services, self-parking areas and a four-story garage with covered walkway.
