- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- Valid government issued photographic identification with proof of age and expiration date required to obtain a Seneca Players Club card.
- There is no cost to become a member.
- Benefits are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and have no cash value.
- Membership is non-transferable and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Seneca Gaming Corporation.
- Only one membership per person.
- Gratuities are not included.
- To redeem comps and benefits, Seneca Players Club card and valid government-issued photo identification must be presented.
- Points are non-transferable and expire twelve (12) months from last date of play.
- It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the Seneca Players Club card into the machine when playing slots. When playing table games, please present your Seneca Players Club card to a Table Games Supervisor to ensure proper rating.
- Seneca Players Club accounts shall be reviewed periodically and may be upgraded to the Seneca Platinum Chairman's Club or Gold Select Club based on specific slot and table game ratings.
- Seneca Players Club members will be notified if they are eligible for an upgrade to the Platinum Chairman's Club or Gold Select Club.
- Platinum Chairman's Club and Gold Select Club membership is valid for six (6) months and will show an expiration date on the member's card. There is no expiration of Seneca Players Club membership.
- Platinum Chairman's Club and Gold Select Club memberships will be re-evaluated upon expiration and they will be notified if their membership has been extended.
- Platinum Chairmans Club, Gold Select Club, and Seneca Players Club member's discounts are valid to eight (8) guests only.
- Seneca Players Club cards remain the property of the Seneca Gaming Corporation. The Seneca Gaming Corporation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Seneca Players Club cards or comps redeemed.
- Seneca Gaming Corporation management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify this program at any time
- Fraudulent use of the card, including point theft, will result in loss of Seneca Players Club membership and all privileges may be permanently revoked.
- Participation in offers grants permission for promotional use of names and photographs.
- Seneca Gaming Corporation and/or it's designee may use names, pictures, and likenesses of members for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Members use of the Seneca Players Club card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules and all the terms and conditions of the Seneca Players Club.
- Individuals prohibited from gambling by the Seneca Gaming Authority or SGO will not be eligible to participate in the Seneca Players Club card program.
- Employees of Seneca Gaming Corporation, its advertising agencies and promotional companies shall be ineligible to participate.
- In consideration of, and as a strict condition of individual's participation in this promotion, winners, heirs and personal representatives hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against Seneca Gaming Corporation.
- All benefits will be awarded in compliance with all SGA and SGO rules and regulations promulgated there under.
