We only pay on the computer-generated ticket. The numbers and conditions registered on the computer-generated ticket shall govern any payoffs due.

Winning tickets are valid for one year from the date printed on the computer-generated ticket.

Keno Runners are available for your convenience. Tickets carried by Keno Runners are not valid wagers until accepted at the Keno Counter. Keno Runners are instructed not to wait for customers who are not ready for the current game. Please have your tickets ready so you will not miss out on your game. We are not responsible if tickets are turned in too late for the current game.
